Everything was clean, the beds are comfy, noisy neighbors but easily ignored. Overall all great stay for the price!
Don't look at the other reviews! This is actually a decent place. We stayed here on business and here's my very honest opinion...the check-in process is very easy. The room we had was honestly really nice! The mattresses are super comfortable, the AC worked wonderfully. The bathroom was very clean and the entirety of the room was full of the standard commodities (I e: hair dryer, cups, ice bucket, soaps, decent size mini fridge, and microwave)and honestly quite spacious. The staff is super friendly and are fast to assist with anything one could need. They unfortunately do not currently offer coffee but there are a couple of nice gas stations on each corner. My suggestions: offer a sitting/smoking area outside that's protected from rain (a simple table and chairs would suffice for a morning coffee drinker), offer cigarette butt receptacles at each entrance, and personally I feel like your motel is very deserving of a grander "motel entrance" sign as it is a lovely, quiet place to rest and refresh. Keep up the great work!!!
Normally don't leave these, but the staff at the Regency Inn Hudson were so great to us that I had to give credit where credit is due. The rooms were big, beds comfortable, and the WiFi was easy to access. What really put it over the top was the staff, they were so concerned with making us happy we would have thought we were the only guest in the hotel, (which we weren't). The rate was lowest in town, and we had everything we needed. I'd def come back.

The gentleman running the front, answering phones, stocking your coffee and tp, taking reservations, turning over the rooms, providing genuine and friendly customer service is beyond a treat! Need a boost? A pick me up? Not staying for an exciting reason and need a reason to smile?.... have a chat with this guy. It'll impact your day and make a lasting reminder to NOT judge lodging establishments entirely based off of online reviews and brands or names. Would give higher review if I could. ;)

Very affordable, comfy, quiet, excellent staff, clean, with food, drinks and c-cstore in walking distance. Rooms large, fridge, hairdryer, big tv. Best of all has a separate back screened door. Felt welcome, good place cant wait to return. Worth every dollar.
This place is cool but the people that work here is kind of wierd. I am having a good experience for a decent price. Bar/restaurant connected to the hotel, liquor and a c store across the street. The room is big and clean with a big play area in the back and the big river is 4 miles away.
The desk clerk was very nice I would stay there again I give it a thumbs up.
